Debra Winger was born on May 16, 1955. In 1976, she made her film debut in Slumber Party ’57. That same year, she also had her first television role Drusilla in Wonder Woman. She later appeared in the films Thank God It’s Friday and French Postcards. In 1980, she gained recognition for her role as Sissy in the movie Urban Cowboy. For her work here, she received Golden Globe and BAFTA nominations. Shortly after, she was praised for her portrayal of Paula in the film An Officer and a Gentleman. She was then nominated for Best Actress at the Academy and Golden Globe Awards. Furthering her success, she starred as Emma Horton in the 1983 movie Terms of Endearment.

Again, this earned her Academy and Golden Globe nominations for Best Actress. She continued her acting career in the 1990s. Has Debra Winger had Plastic Surgery?

The veteran actress has always been candid about her take on plastic surgery — she’s not a fan. “Gloria Steinem, who is a very good friend of mine, would probably be very upset with me for saying this, but sometimes women are their own worst enemy,” said The Ranch star. “Come on, girls, let’s look our age, and let’s lead with it. Let’s put the word out that it’s OK to be getting older, and to command respect for it,” she said.
