Janina Gavankar was born on November 29, 1980 in Joliet, Illinois, U.S.. Being interested in acting when she was younger, she first busied herself performing on theater. Has Janina Gavankar had Plastic Surgery?

The former True Blood star is turning 37 this year, but she looks significantly younger than her actual age. She has a more youthful face and her body has always been slender and fit, which makes her appear younger, too. Being in Hollywood, it can be stressful to maintain a great physical appearance. This contributes to the continuous rise of both men and women going to a plastic surgeon. Could this be the case for Gavankar? At some point in her life in the show business has she had plastic surgery to improve her looks?

From her interviews about beauty and fitness, it doesn’t seem so. The actress, though she recognizes the pressure of staying perfect in Hollywood, doesn’t give in to such pressures by dieting to be skinny or having plastic surgery to address her physical insecurities. When asked about Hollywood pressure, she said: “I’m not going pretend that I don’t but I made the decision — I’m not going to be skinny, I’m going to be strong. That’s my thing. I’m not going to diet like a crazy person. I eat healthy, of course, but I’m never going to make [dieting] a priority.” Thus, if she’s not resorting to any fad diets, this could also mean that having plastic surgery is the last thing on her mind.
